At Cornwall Dental Arts, we accept and welcome new patients at our Cornwall dental office, without the need of referral or recommendation. Our office is located in beautiful Cornwall, Ontario. We serve the oral health needs of Cornwall, Morrisburg, Long Sault, Ingleside, and surrounding areas — and we're pleased to welcome new patients.

Yes — we're accepting new patients
Most of our new patients come to us as referrals from existing patients who want their friends to have a happy dental home. But even if you don't know anyone here yet, you're more than welcome to join our dental family. Whether you need a checkup and cleaning, have a problem tooth, or are interested in cosmetic dentistry, we'd love to meet you.
Your first visit
At Cornwall Dental Arts, we are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant visit and results you're proud to show off. Our administrative staff is ready to help you with questions about scheduling, financing and insurance, to make that part of the process as simple as possible.
Your first appointment is about getting to know you — not rushing you into a chair:
- A thorough interview. We record your medical and dental history, answer all of your questions, and discuss your concerns.
- A comprehensive examination. One of our dentists checks the current state of your teeth and any existing restorations, and looks for potential problems such as oral cancer, tooth wear from grinding, decay, and gum disease.
- A plan built together. We show you your X-rays, explain your options, and build a treatment plan that suits your needs — including your budget and schedule.
Patient forms
Before your visit, we'll send your new patient and medical history forms electronically so you can complete them online at your convenience. Prefer a hard copy? Just arrive a few minutes early — our administrative team is happy to help.

Do I need a referral to become a patient?
No. We accept and welcome new patients without any referral or recommendation. Simply call us or request an appointment online.
Do you accept referrals from other dentists?
We always welcome new patients. Most arrive as referrals from our existing clientele who want their friends to have a happy dental home — but you don't need a referral to join our dental family.
Can my whole family come here, including kids?
Absolutely. We're a family practice and love treating children — we like to see kids by about 18 months, and our children's dentistry program makes first visits fun and positive.
What if I'm nervous about the dentist?
You're in good company, and you're in the right office. Our home-like setting, topical anaesthetic, and sedation dentistry options help even very anxious patients get comfortable care.
