Dr. Steven Deneka
Dr. Steven Deneka was born in the Montreal area. He graduated from Vanier College with a diploma in health sciences in 1978, then attended the University of Guelph, graduating in 1981 with an honours B.Sc. in biology with a concentration in microbiology. He continued on to dental school at the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 1985.
Dr. Deneka wanted to live somewhere he could truly become part of the community rather than getting lost in the hustle of a big city — so in 1985 he moved to Cornwall and has been a Cornwall dentist ever since. Constantly working to make the practice better for his patients and team, he pursues as much continuing education as possible and has completed the nine-course program at the Kois Center for Dental Excellence in Seattle, Washington.
Outside the office, his hobbies include curling, golfing, biking, reading, cooking, and — his latest project — woodworking. He spends his time away from work with Diane; together they enjoy travelling and sharing day-to-day experiences.

Dr. Justin Lee
Dr. Justin Lee was born in Mississauga and spent his childhood in Muskoka boating, skiing, and swimming. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 2010 with his Honours Bachelor of Science in human biology and biomedical toxicology, then continued at U of T to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2016. He has since taken over 300 hours of advanced continuing education in implants, sedation, digital dentistry, lasers, Invisalign, oral surgery, dentures, and more.
Before joining us, Dr. Lee practiced for two years as the sole dentist in Chapleau, a town in Northern Ontario, before making the move to Cornwall. He enjoys travelling and spends much of his free time attending courses and seminars around the globe. He looks forward to meeting you for all of your cosmetic, family, and restorative dentistry needs.

Amber
Amber first joined us in February 2014, covering a maternity leave, and came back as a full-time member of our team in May 2016. She graduated from Algonquin College as a Level II Dental Assistant and is a member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association (ODAA) and the National Dental Assistants Examining Board (NDAEB), with her Healing Arts Radiation Protection (HARP) certification and CPR. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Michele
Michele is more than a pair of gentle hands — she's a kind individual who takes good care of you from the moment you step into our treatment area. She began her career in our office as a dental assistant after graduating from Algonquin College in 1988, returned to Algonquin to become a dental hygienist, graduated in 1991, and has been with us ever since. Michele belongs to the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association and the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association.

Kelly
Kelly has a tender touch and a soothing disposition — she cares for your needs as if they were her own. She graduated from Algonquin College in 1989 and spent three and a half years in a general practice out of town, then worked chairside with us before returning to Algonquin in 1993 for the Dental Hygiene program. She graduated in 1994 and has been an integral part of our hygiene team ever since. Kelly is a member of the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association and the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association.

Nicole rounds out our hygiene team, bringing the same gentle, patient-first care our hygiene department is known for.

Sue is part of the friendly administrative team that keeps our office running smoothly and is happy to help with scheduling, insurance, and any questions about your visit.

Skye
Skye graduated from Algonquin College with certificates in Office Administration and Office Administration – Executive. Newer to the field of dental administration, she is an enthusiastic learner who is more than happy to ensure your experience is seamless. She loves dogs, travelling, road trips, and time with friends.
